By accessing the materials and information on the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with the user terms, please do not use this Website.
1. General Terms and Conditions
- 1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of the Website.
- 1.2. statusalert.io sets the Terms and Conditions for users of the Website and reserves the right to require visitors and users to comply with them. Lack of awareness of the Terms and Conditions does not exempt users from the obligation to follow them. By logging in or signing up, you automatically agree to our Terms of Service and commit to complying with them.
- 1.3. statusalert.io provides but does not guarantee continuous, round-the-clock access to the Website. Access to the Website is free of charge; however, to use additional features and functionalities, you may choose a subscription plan.
- 1.4. Costs for accessing and using the telecommunications network are borne by the client in accordance with the conditions established by the access providers and the client's telecommunications operators
- 1.5. statusalert.io reserves the right to take all legally permitted measures against those who violate these Terms and Conditions
2. Subscription
- 2.1. A statusalert.io subscription, whether paid or free, remains valid until its expiration. To use statusalert.io, you need an internet connection, a compatible device, and a valid payment method if a paid plan is being used. 'Payment Method' means a current, valid and acceptable method of payment. It may be updated from time to time and may include payment through your user account opened with a third party. If you have a paid subscription and do not cancel before the renewal date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next period using your selected payment method.
- 2.2. We offer a variety of subscription plans, both free and paid.
- 2.3. Payment Period. Your statusalert.io subscription fee, along with any applicable taxes or transaction fees, will be charged to your specified payment method on the payment date listed in your Account section. The payment period is based on the subscription plan you selected. The payment date may change if your payment method fails, if you change your plan, or if your subscription starts on a date outside the specified month. If you signed up for statusalert.io through a third party, you can find payment details in your account with that third party.
- 2.4. Payment methods. In order to use the statusalert.io service paid functionality, you must provide a payment method. You authorize us to charge your payment method. You are responsible for any unpaid amounts. If a payment fails due to expiration, insufficient funds or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we reserve the right to block your access to the service until we successfully charge your valid payment method. For some payment methods, payment processes may charge additional fees, such as cross-border fees or other fees related to the processing of your payment method. Local taxes may vary depending on the payment method used. Please contact your payment method provider for details.
- 2.5 Updating Payment Methods. You can update your payment method on the Account page. By accepting updates, you authorize us to continue charging the updated payment method.
- 2.6 Cancellation. You may cancel your statusalert.io subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the statusalert.io services until the end of the billing period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we will not issue refunds or credits for any partially unused portions of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically be closed at the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed to statusalert.io through your account, provided a third party as your payment method, and wish to cancel your subscription to statusalert.io, you will need to do so through that third party, such as by visiting your account with that third party and turning off auto-renewal or by unsubscribing from the statusalert.io services through the third party
- 2.7 Changes in Prices and Plans. We may adjust subscription plans and prices periodically. You'll be notified of any changes at least one month in advance. If you do not accept the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.
3. Promotional Offers
- statusalert.io may occasionally provide special offers, plans, or subscriptions ('Offers'). Eligibility is determined solely by statusalert.io, and we may revoke the Offer if you don't qualify. We may use your device ID, payment method, or account email to assess eligibility. Details on eligibility and other terms will be provided when you register for the Offer.
4. statusalert.io service
- 4.1. You must be at least 16 years old or of legal age in your region to use statusalert.io . Minors may use the service only with adult supervision.
- 4.2. You acknowledge that you have the skills and resources necessary to access and use statusalert.io.
- 4.3. The statusalert.io service is regularly updated, and you can get the opportunity to use new additional features.
- 4.4. statusalert.io is not responsible for your interactions with advertisers, including interactions with interactive advertising.

- (iii) Inject code or manipulate the service's content
- (iv) Upload or distribute material that harms or disrupts software or hardware, including viruses.
- We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these terms or use the service fraudulently.

- 4.6. statusalert.io software, developed by SIA Volunge. Its functionality may vary depending on the device. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The use of statusalert.io may require third-party applications, which are licensed from other providers
5. Passwords and account access
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your statusalert.io account. If you allow others to access your account (which includes access to your account browsing history), you agree that those people are acting on your behalf and that you consent to any changes they may make to the account, including but not limited to changing your subscription plan. You agree to provide and maintain accurate account information, including a valid email address so that we can send you account-related notifications. We may cancel or block your account for your safety, the safety of statusalert.io or our partners to prevent identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
6. Copyright and Trademarks
- 6.1. Website content is protected by the copyright law of Latvia.
- 6.2. All rights to the content of pages and structure of the Website belong to SIA Volunge.
- 6.3. Information placed on the Website is intended for personal non-commercial use only by the users, taking into consideration the protection of copyright and other notes regarding ownership. Website users have no right to copy, distribute, transfer, demonstrate, publish, sell, license, and use the Website content without prior written consent of statusalert.io. The use of the Website materials on other Internet resources is prohibited. Any change of materials and their use for other purposes or in violation of these Terms and Conditions constitute statusalert.io’s copyright infringement
- 6.4. All trademarks, trade names and logos presented on the Website constitute property and are protected by copyright law. Access to the Website doesn’t allow the user to use any of the above trademarks, trade names and logos.

8. Warranties and Liability
- 8.1. The statusalert.io service is provided 'as is,' without warranties or guarantees. It may have interruptions or errors. You waive any right to claim damages from us about this. This does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
- 8.2. To the extent permitted by law statusalert.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service. In no event will statusalert.io's total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
- 8.3. statusalert.io cannot be held liable for matters outside its control or for any damage that may be caused by the user’s technical environment, in particular computers, software programs, network equipment, and any other devices used to gain access to or use the service and/or the information.
9. Class Action Waiver
- TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND statusalert.io AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY AS AN INDIVIDUAL MEMBER, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. Further, to the extent permitted by applicable law, a court may not consolidate a proceeding brought by you with more than one proceeding brought by a third party, nor may a court hear a class or collective action.

- 10.1 Governing Law. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and information provided by customer support or elsewhere on our websites, these Terms of Use shall control.
- 10.3.Effect of individual provisions. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- 10.4. Changes to the Terms of Use and Assignment. statusalert.io may change these Terms of Use from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will notify you. If you do not wish to accept such changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes come into effect. We have the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations under the contract with you at any time, and you agree to cooperate with us in the framework of such assignment or transfer.
- 10.5. Electronic Communications. We will send account-related information (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, changes, notifications) only electronically, to the address associated with your account.
